To optimize the services offered through its more than 50 municipal web portals, the City Council of Alcalá de Henares needed to make them all accessible in order to meet regulatory requirements in force. It also set out to create an accessible and fully catalogued repository of video minutes, allowing it to meet the regulatory requirements related to transparency and access to information.
An all-encompassing, rapid, and reliable solution
After reviewing all of its web portals, Tech4access implemented the accessibility and usability solution that was best suited to this case, along with our automated video minutes generating solutions, covering all the project needs. In just four weeks we:
