In order to improve the service provided to the citizens of the city and comply with Royal Decree 1112/2018 on web accessibility, the City Council of San Cristóbal de La Laguna needed to perform a thorough audit of its website to detect and resolve accessibility issues. It also needed to generate a series of accessibility reports for the Web Accessibility Observatory.
